What happens if Tunisian customs blocks the kits?
That's our responsibility. If we fail to clear the goods through customs, your order is cancelled and you're refunded in full.
Is my money safe during these months of waiting?

What if the equipment breaks down in Tunisia?
We include a 2-year warranty with a technical partner based directly in Tunis. Your family won't have to ship anything back to China or anywhere else: repairs happen locally.

Does the installation require an electrician to touch the fuse box?
No, for the Essential and Comfort Kits: you plug your essential appliances directly into the unit's built-in outlets, no work on the home's electrical panel is needed. Only the solar panel installation (optional, or included in the Solar Autonomy Kit) requires a visit from our technical partner.
